投保完成需回傳要保書簽名方式如下列，資料若有收到檢核完成後會再以簡訊通知。
1. 利用手機拍照，點選上傳要保書連結
(投保完成畫面或要保完成通知信內可點選)
2. 傳真至02-2772-9958
3. Mail至網路投保服務信箱：ec@msig-mingtai.com.twSubmit the signed form via:
1. Smartphone photo upload (link on completion screen or email).
2. Fax to 02-2772-9958.
3. Email ec@msig-mingtai.com.tw.

為維護您個資設定開啟密碼為要保人身分證字號或居留證號，請留意英文字母為大寫。
For data security, the password is the applicant's ID or Resident Certificate number (uppercase letters).

Q6 什麼是「網路投保」? 什麼是「傳真要保」? | What are "Online Insurance" and "Fax Insurance"?
「網路投保」主要是提供被保險人和要保人為同一人進行線上投保的作業。
如果被保險人和要保人不同或是法人公司車，線上投保請選擇「傳真要保」。"Online Insurance" is for cases where the applicant and insured are the same person.
For different parties or corporate vehicles, please select "Fax Insurance." -
Q7 我有網路投保車險，要保書需在幾日內回傳完成呢? | How many days do I have to return the signed application form?
請務必於2日內回傳已簽名之要保書，以完成投保程序。未於指定時間前回傳者，將取消交易，保單不成立。
The signed application must be returned within 2 days to complete the process. Failure to do so will result in transaction cancellation and an invalid policy.
