  • Q17 詢問刷全額團費搭郵輪到石垣島旅遊是否在信用卡所提供的旅行平安保險承保範圍？ | Inquire whether the full tour fee paid by credit card for a trip to Ishigaki Island with Cruises is covered under the travel insurance provided by the credit card.

    信用卡提供給卡友的福利是信用卡公共運輸工具期間旅行平安保險，郵輪並不是保單定義的公共運輸工具，因此搭乘郵輪期間發生的意外事故，並不是信用卡提供的信用卡公共運輸工具期間旅行平安保險承保範圍。

     

    Travel insurance provided by credit card covers accidents during public transportation travel. Cruises is not defined as public transportation under the policy, therefore accidents occurring during Cruises travel are not covered unde public transportation travel insurance provided by credit card.

    是，搭乘不同公共交通工具，須分別以承保信用卡支付全額交通費用，始得到該段搭乘之保障。

     

    Yes, when using different public transportation modes, each fare must be paid in full separately with the insured credit card to receive coverage for that segment.

  • Q20 未滿15歲子女是否在信用卡所提供的旅行平安險承保範圍? | Are children under 15 covered by the travel insurance provided by the credit card?

    依照法令，未滿十五足歲之未成年人，除喪葬費用之給付外，其餘死亡給付之約定於滿十五足歲之日起發生效力；如滿十五足歲前死亡者，其身故保險金變更為喪葬費用保險金。

     

    According to regulations, for minors under 15 years old, death benefits other than funeral expenses take effect on their 15th birthday; if death occurs before turning 15, the death benefit will be changed to funeral expense insurance.

  • Q21 詢問信用卡提供的高額旅行平安保險是否包含旅遊全程？ | Does high-value credit card travel insurance cover the entire trip?

    一般信用卡提供卡友的旅行平安保險不包含旅遊全程，僅限於搭乘使用信用卡支付的公共運輸工具期間發生的意外。但因每家信用卡對各卡別提供的卡友福利都不相同，建議您可至各發卡行的網頁查詢您所持信用卡的保險內容。

     

    Generally, travel insurance provided by credit card does not cover the entire trip, only accidents during public transportation paid with the credit card. Benefits vary by card issuer and type, so please check your card issuer's website for specific coverage details.

  • Q22 詢問今年度信用卡所提供的旅平險合作時間至12/31，明年度是否仍享有此項優惠？ | Inquire whether travel insurance provided by the credit card's cooperation for this year ends on 12/31, and if this benefit will still be available next year.

    明年承保狀況需視新一年度合約而定，建議可洽詢您的信用卡公司，明年是否仍提供此項福利。

    信用卡提供卡友的旅行平安保險原則上需在保險期間才有保障，過了今年保單的保險期間後，需洽詢信用卡公司是否仍額外提供卡友此項福利。

     

    Travel insurance provided by credit card coverage generally requires travel within the insurance period. After this year's policy period ends, please check with your credit card company about continued benefits.

  • Q24 今年一月刷卡買機票，六月才要出國，是否有在承保範圍內？ | If I buy airline tickets in January but travel in June, will that be covered by the insurance?

    信用卡保險期間為整年度，一月刷卡六月出國皆落在承保期間。
