一、辦理火險退保： 請先連結本公司服務網址，參考應備文件一覽表；如需辦理變更作業，可逕行下載批改申請書並檢附應備文件後，至本公司各服務據點辦理或洽原服務人員辦理。

二、要保人終止契約者，自申請文件書面送達本公司當日午夜十二時起本保險契約效力終止。
