行李延誤費用承保範圍是被保險人於保險期間進行海外旅行，故被保險人於返回中華民國境內時之行李延誤，依條款約定，無法獲得賠償。

Baggage delay coverage only applies during overseas travel periods, therefore delays occurring upon return to Taiwan are not eligible for compensation according to policy terms.
