2.被保險車輛於高速公路需道路救援服務,請先通知本公司0800-078-888服務專線由客服人員協助,若基於安全考量或情況緊急而由其他合法拖吊業者拖離現場,費用由保戶先行支付者,保戶可於發生之日起三十日內,可依「高速公路拖救契約三聯單」及「拖吊相關之發票」,透過本公司委外救援服務業者辦理退費,退還贈送範圍內免費道路救援服務項目之費用,但不包含其他特殊作業所衍生之費用。

2. For roadside assistance service needed on the expressway for the insured vehicle, please first notify our 0800-078-888 service hotline for customer service assistance. If due to safety considerations or emergency situations the vehicle is towed away by other legitimate towing operators, and the policyholder pays the fees in advance, the policyholder may process the refund through our outsourced rescue service provider within thirty days from the date of occurrence, based on the "Expressway Towing and Rescue Contract Triplicate Form" and "towing-related invoices". The refund covers the fees for complimentary roadside assistance service items within the gifted scope, but excludes costs derived from other special operations.
