2.被保險車輛於高速公路需道路救援服務，請先通知本公司0800-078-888服務專線由客服人員協助，若基於安全考量或情況緊急而由其他合法拖吊業者拖離現場，費用由保戶先行支付者，保戶可於發生之日起三十日內，可依「高速公路拖救契約三聯單」及「指定抬頭之三聯式發票」，透過本公司委外救援服務業者辦理退費，退還贈送範圍內免費道路救援服務項目之費用，但不包含其他特殊作業所衍生之費用。

2. For highway roadside assistance, first notify our service hotline at 0800-078-888 for customer service assistance. If the vehicle is towed by other legal operators due to safety concerns or emergencies, policyholders who paid the fee can apply for a refund within 30 days using the highway towing contract triplicate form and designated triplicate invoice through our outsourced rescue service provider. The refund covers free roadside assistance service items within the gift range but excludes costs from special operations.
