1. 立即向失竊地點之轄區派出所報案。

2. 報案後務必取得警方出具之失竊證明單。

3. 請攜帶失竊證明、行駕照影本、印章等基本理賠申請資料，於5日內，向保險公司提出理賠申請。

4. 依保險公司之說明補齊其它資料，如出廠證明、稅單等。

 

1. Immediately report to the police station with jurisdiction over the theft location.
2. Obtain a theft certificate issued by the police after filing the report.
3. Submit a claim to the insurance company within 5 days with basic claim documents including theft certificate, copies of driver's license, personal seal, etc.
4. Complete additional documentation as requested by the insurance company, such as manufacturer's certificate, tax receipts, etc.
