Q129 汽(機)車強制險可以不保嗎?未投保會遭受如何之處罰? | Can compulsory auto/motorcycle insurance be skipped? What are the penalties for non-compliance?
依據強制汽車責任保險法第49條之規定,投保義務人未依強制汽車責任保險法規定訂立強制車險契約,或強制車險期間屆滿前未再行訂立者,其處罰依下列各款規定:
經公路監理機關或警察機關攔檢稽查舉發者,由公路監理機關處以罰鍰。
1.為汽車者,處新臺幣3,000元以上15,000元以下罰鍰
2.為機車者,處新臺幣1,500元以上3,000元以下罰鍰
3.為微型電動二輪車者,處新臺幣750元以上1,500元以下罰鍰
未投保汽車肇事,由公路監理機關處新臺幣9,000元以上32,000元以下罰鍰。According to Article 49 of the Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance Act, those who fail to obtain or renew compulsory insurance will be fined as follows when caught by highway authorities or police:
1. Automobiles: NT$3,000 to NT$15,000
2. Motorcycles: NT$1,500 to NT$3,000
3. Micro electric two-wheelers: NT$750 to NT$1,500
For uninsured vehicles involved in accidents, fines range from NT$9,000 to NT$32,000. -
Q130 需要額外加費多少才能獲得承保? | How much additional fee is required for coverage?
無須額外付費,只要使用承保信用卡支付全額機票或80%以上團費即可。
No additional fee is required; coverage is provided when the covered credit card is used to pay for the full airfare or more than 80% of the tour expenses.

Q131 汽(機)車強制險之保險範圍為何? | What is the coverage scope of compulsory auto/motorcycle insurance?
強制險不論汽機車駕駛人或被保險人有無過失,保險公司均會負擔賠償責任(因強制險採無過失責任賠償基礎)。
強制險對受害人(包括肇事汽車以外之第三人及車上乘客,但不包括肇事汽車之駕駛人)的賠償範圍如下:
1. 傷害醫療給付:每人最高20萬元。
2. 失能給付:依失能程度分為15等級,每人最高200萬元。
3. 死亡給付:每人定額給付200萬元。
Compulsory insurance covers compensation regardless of driver or insured fault (no-fault liability basis).
Coverage for victims (including third parties and passengers, excluding the at-fault driver) includes:
1. Medical expenses: up to NT$200,000 per person.
2. Disability payment: 15 levels based on disability degree, up to NT$2 million per person.
3. Death benefit: fixed NT$2 million per person. -
Q132 發生車輛失竊或零配件失竊時應如何處理? | What should be done in case of vehicle or parts theft?
1. 立即向失竊地點之轄區派出所報案。
2. 報案後務必取得警方出具之失竊證明單。
3. 請攜帶失竊證明、行駕照影本、印章等基本理賠申請資料,於5日內,向保險公司提出理賠申請。
4. 依保險公司之說明補齊其它資料,如出廠證明、稅單等。
1. Immediately report to the police station with jurisdiction over the theft location.
2. Obtain a theft certificate issued by the police after filing the report.
3. Submit a claim to the insurance company within 5 days with basic claim documents including theft certificate, copies of driver's license, personal seal, etc.
4. Complete additional documentation as requested by the insurance company, such as manufacturer's certificate, tax receipts, etc. -
Q133 住宅玻璃保險承保範圍? | What is the coverage scope of residential glass insurance?
對於承保之住宅建築物因突發意外事故導致固定裝置於四周外牆之玻璃窗戶、玻璃帷幕或專有部分或約定專用部分對外出入之玻璃門破裂之損失,負賠償責任。因前項損失所須拆除、重新裝置或為減輕損失所需合理之費用,亦負賠償責任。
Covers damage to fixed glass windows, curtain walls, or glass doors in common or designated areas of the insured residential building due to sudden accidents. Also covers reasonable costs for removal, reinstallation, or loss mitigation related to covered damages.
