    B.更換汽車,新車有銜接投保(無論是否仍向本公司投保)。

    C.被保險汽車牌照因繳銷、吊銷、註銷、報廢或停駛而繳存等法定原因自牌照異動日起退保。

    3.退費以匯款(須另提供存摺封面影本)或支票等領款方式辦理。

    當發生意外事故,造成受益人同時或先於被保險人本人死亡,除了已經另行指定受益人外,保險公司將以被保險人的法定繼承人為受益人賠付。
