2.被保險車輛於高速公路需道路救援服務，請先通知本公司0800-078-888服務專線由客服人員協助，若基於安全考量或情況緊急而由其他合法拖吊業者拖離現場，費用由保戶先行支付者，保戶可於發生之日起三十日內，可依「高速公路拖救契約三聯單」及「指定抬頭之三聯式發票」，透過本公司委外救援服務業者辦理退費，退還贈送範圍內免費道路救援服務項目之費用，但不包含其他特殊作業所衍生之費用。

2. For highway roadside assistance, first notify our service hotline at 0800-078-888 for customer service assistance. If the vehicle is towed by other legal operators due to safety concerns or emergencies, policyholders who paid the fee can apply for a refund within 30 days using the highway towing contract triplicate form and designated triplicate invoice through our outsourced rescue service provider. The refund covers free roadside assistance service items within the gift range but excludes costs from special operations.

同一天限一次免費服務，第二次(含)費用由客戶自行負擔。同一日之定義為服務當日零時至24時。

Limited to one free service per day, costs for the second service (inclusive) are borne by the customer. One day is defined as from 0:00 to 24:00 of the service day.

1.被保險汽車發生故障或意外事故而致無法行駛時，拖吊救援（含全載、拖載及其他特殊處理方式）至被保險人指定或可以修理該車之處所所需之救援費用。

2.被保險汽車因水箱缺水或汽油用罄，其送油或送水所需必要之服務費用；但購買汽油所需費用由被保險人負擔。

3.被保險汽車因輪胎破損無法行駛，其委由他人更換備胎所需必要之服務費用；但備胎需由被保險人提供。

4.被保險汽車因電瓶電??夠無法啟動車輛，其委由他人提供接電服務所需必要之服務費用。

1. Towing service (including full loading, towing, and other special handling) to a designated location or repair facility when the insured vehicle breaks down, has an accident, or runs out of power.
2. Water or fuel delivery service fees when the vehicle runs out of water or fuel; fuel cost paid by the insured.
3. Tire replacement service fees when the vehicle cannot be driven due to tire damage; spare tire provided by the insured.
4. Jump-start service fees when the vehicle cannot start due to insufficient battery power.
