    請使用行動電話或是電子郵件接收驗證碼,進行登入修改。

    若無法收到驗證碼時,請來信或於服務時間來電,由客服人員線上為您確認身分後協助。

  • Q10 網路投保一定要同一個人嗎?怎麼身份驗證? | Must online insurance be for the same person? How is identity verified?

    網路投保的被保人及要保人需為同一人,投保時會以簡訊及電子信箱提供驗證碼,系統畫面輸入驗證碼進行身分驗證。

    如果是被保人跟要保人為不同人,請選擇傳真要保。

     

    For online insurance, the insured and policyholder must be the same person. Identity verification is done through SMS and email verification codes.
    If the insured and policyholder are different persons, please choose fax application.
