網路投保的被保人及要保人需為同一人，投保時會以簡訊及電子信箱提供驗證碼，系統畫面輸入驗證碼進行身分驗證。

如果是被保人跟要保人為不同人，請選擇傳真要保。

1.強制險附加駕駛人傷害險是指被保險汽車發生單一汽車交通事故(如：自摔/自撞)，致駕駛人本人死亡、失能或受有傷害時，本公司依照本附加條款之約定，對受益人負賠償之責。 前項所稱『駕駛人』係指被保險人或經被保險人許可使用或管理被保險汽車之人，需先行投保本公司強制汽車責任保險始可附加此附加條款。

2.第三人責任保險附加駕駛人傷害險是指被保險人於本附加險有效期間內駕駛被保險汽車發生交通意外事故，致被保險人死亡或失能時，本公司依照本附加險之約定負給付保險金的責任。 本附加險所稱之『被保險人』，指駕駛被保險汽車之人，並以記載於被保險人名冊上，且經其簽名同意者為限。因系統設定現行由被保險人為代表人，若有需要增加其他車輛使用人，請致電0800-069-889 ，協助您名冊相關事宜。

1. Compulsory insurance with driver injury coverage applies when the insured vehicle is involved in a single-vehicle accident (e.g., self-fall/collision) causing driver's death, disability, or injury. Company compensates beneficiary according to additional clause. "Driver" refers to insured or authorized user of insured vehicle; must first have compulsory auto liability insurance.
2. Third-party liability insurance with driver injury coverage applies when insured drives insured vehicle during valid period and suffers death or disability from traffic accident. "Insured" refers to vehicle driver listed and signed on insured roster. Current system sets insured as representative; to add other vehicle users, call 0800-069-889 for roster assistance.
