為維護您個資設定開啟密碼為要保人身分證字號或居留證號，請留意英文字母為大寫。
For data security, the password is the applicant's ID or Resident Certificate number (uppercase letters).

Q18 什麼是「網路投保」? 什麼是「傳真要保」? | What are "Online Insurance" and "Fax Insurance"?
「網路投保」主要是提供被保險人和要保人為同一人進行線上投保的作業。
如果被保險人和要保人不同或是法人公司車，線上投保請選擇「傳真要保」。"Online Insurance" is for cases where the applicant and insured are the same person.
For different parties or corporate vehicles, please select "Fax Insurance." -
Q19 我有網路投保車險，要保書需在幾日內回傳完成呢? | How many days do I have to return the signed application form?
請務必於2日內回傳已簽名之要保書，以完成投保程序。未於指定時間前回傳者，將取消交易，保單不成立。
The signed application must be returned within 2 days to complete the process. Failure to do so will result in transaction cancellation and an invalid policy.

租車險一張保單只能保障一位駕駛人(被保險人)，若您租/借車期間會更換駕駛人，不同駕駛人必須各自投保喔~
Each policy covers only one driver (the insured). If there are multiple drivers, each person must apply for their own policy.

Q23 為什麼下載電子保單時查無保單資料？ | Why can't I find policy data when downloading e-policies?
目前電子保單補發服務，需搭配下述重點：
1. 網路投保。
2. 投保商品：汽車險任意保險／旅遊平安險／旅平（租車）／特定活動險／海域活動險。
3. 投保當時，保單寄送型式選擇「電子保單」(EMAIL)。
E-policy reissuance service requires:
1. Online insurance purchase
2. Eligible products: voluntary auto insurance/travel insurance/travel (car rental)/specific activity/marine activity insurance

Q24 網路投保車險挑選險種為何不會出現保費? | Why doesn't the premium appear when selecting auto insurance types online?
