需登入會員，並於保單起始前4小時完成修改。Log in as a member to modify flight info. Changes must be completed 4 hours before the policy starts.

填寫航班資訊將提供快速理賠服務，如不使用本服務者，可免填。
沒有填寫航班資訊，仍享有保障不會造成您權益上的損失。※因無法取得部分航空公司或航班之資訊(如：加班機或部分廉價航空...)，故無法提供快速理賠通知服務，但仍享有保障不會造成您權益上的損失，若發生查詢不到航班的狀況，請刪除航班及帳戶資訊即可。
Flight info is required for Fast Track Claims, If you do not use this service, you do not need to fill in the info.
Omitting it does not affect your coverage.
Due to data limitations with some airlines (e.g., budget airlines), Fast Track may not be available. If your flight is not found, simply delete flight and account info. -

取消旅平險需於保期開始前通知保險公司辦理，可e-mail至網路投保服務信箱ec@msig-mingtai.com.tw申請相關作業或來電網路投保客服中心0800-069-889(服務時間為周一至周五 上午 8:30 ~ 下午 5:30 國定例假日除外)。
Cancellations must be requested before the policy starts. Email ec@msig-mingtai.com.tw or call 0800-069-889 (Service hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM, excluding national holidays).

網路投保住宅火險被保險人僅能一位，如屋主有兩位(含)以上，請您至就近本公司分公司櫃台辦理。
Only one insured person is allowed for online applications. If there are multiple owners, please visit the nearest branch counter.
