本公司收到資料後，將依保單條款及承保規定審核是否可受理；如符合辦理條件，將製作「旅遊保險契約變更申請書」供您簽署，並通知應補繳或退還之保費（如有），完成相關文件及保費確認後即可辦理。

提醒：如需延長或變更保期，請於原保險期間屆滿前提出申請，以維護您的保險權益。

If your policy was purchased online and you wish to apply for an extension of the coverage period, a modification of the coverage period(i.e., a shift of the policy period), policy cancellation, or any other policy endorsement, please email the following information to ec@msig-mingtai.com.tw:

Upon receipt of your request, we will review it in accordance with the policy terms and underwriting guidelines to determine whether it can be processed. If your request meets the applicable conditions, we will prepare a "Travel Insurance Policy Endorsement Application Form" for your signature and notify you of any additional premium due or refund payable. The change will be processed upon completion of all required documentation and confirmation of premium settlement.

Important Reminder: If you wish to extend or modify your coverage period, please submit your application before the expiration of the original policy period to protect your insurance interests.
