  • Q1 何謂航程保單與時間保單？ | What does "VOYAGE POLICY" & "TIME POLICY" mean?

    保險單之效力僅及於某一段航程者，謂之為航程保險單。 如保險單係以某一特定時段為保險有效期間者，稱為時間保險單。

     

    VOYAGE POLICY is a marine insurance policy covering only a stated voyage. TIME POLICY refers to the specified time for which the insured is covered under the marine insurance contract.

  • Q2 所謂水險，是指哪些險種? | What's the subject-matter insureds in Marine insurance?

    水險為一般對海上保險之總稱。

    海上保險依保險標的物的不同，可區分為貨物運輸保險、內陸運送保險、商業動產流動綜合保險、船體險、漁船船舶保險、航空險以及貨物運送人責任險等險種。

     

    Generally, Marine insurance could be categorized as Cargo Import/Export, Inland Transit, Commercial Floater, Marine Hull, Fishing Vessel Hull, Aviation, Forwarder's Liability and so forth.

  • Q3 如果我方與國外的貿易條件為CIF進口，則我方需要購買保險嗎？ | Import @ CIF, shall I pay for insurance?

    CIF的貿易條件通常包括運費與保險費，一般狀況下，此貿易條件下賣方需要負擔保險成本。

     

    Incoterms CIF includes Costs, Insurance, and Freight, which represents the charges paid by a seller to cover the costs, insurance, and freight of a buyer's order.

  • Q4 想投保貨物進出口保險，則應在甚麼時候投保才最適當？ | Which timing is the most appropriate to buy import/export cargo insurance?

    貨物運輸保險屬於航程保單，基本上並無時間之限制，只要在交易確定時即可進行投保。

    如為出口方：則可在向船(航空)公司簽訂Shipping order(S/O)並辦理報關事宜時，同時向保險公司辦理投保手續。

    如為進口方：進口商可在申請輸入許可證或在開出信用狀時投保，但務必要在貨物起運前完成投保手續。

     

    Basically, Cargo Import/Export belongs to Voyage Policy, you can prepare once deal.

    Export : Whist issuing shipping order (S/O) and/or ready to Customs Declaration.

    Import : Prior to shipment get started, such as the moment L/C opened.

  • Q5 無人機綜合保險與無人機責任保險有何不同？ | What's the difference between Comprehensive Drone Insurance and Drone Liability Insurance?

    無人機綜合保險主要承保無人機機體、零配件及第三人責任保險，而無人機責任保險僅承保第三人責任保險。

     

    Comprehensive Drone Insurance extending to physical loss or damage to Drone Hull, Spares, and third-party liability. As for Drone Liability Insurance covers third-party liability only.

  • Q6 無人機綜合保險機體險保額如何評估？ | How to evaluate insured amount for Drone Hull Insurance?

    無人機綜合保險機體險保額主要是以無人機市場價值作考量並由保險人評估後同意承保。

     

    Mainly depends upon market value, but finally evaluated and agreed by the insurer.

  • Q7 無人機保險承保地區除臺灣、澎湖、金門、馬祖外，是否包括國外? | Does drone insurance coverage area include foreign countries in addition to Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu?

  • Q8 無人機綜合保險之承保範圍是否有包含竊盜及失蹤？ | Does Comprehensive Drone Insurance cover Theft & go msissing?

    無人機綜合保險之機體險包含失竊及超過14天的失蹤。
