B.更換汽車，新車有銜接投保（無論是否仍向本公司投保）。

C.被保險汽車牌照因繳銷、吊銷、註銷、報廢或停駛而繳存等法定原因自牌照異動日起退保。

3.退費以匯款(須另提供存摺封面影本)或支票等領款方式辦理。

2.營建機具如需於風險性較高場所施工，如地面下或水面上，應於投保時告知保險公司。

3.營建機具之保險金額應為重置價值，非折舊後之價格。

4.營建機具於要保時應將資料詳細填寫清楚，包括：名稱、廠牌、製造年份、型式、引擎及製造號碼..等。

5.營建機具如為風險性較高之潛盾機，則需提供實際施工之起迄時間。
