No additional declaration procedure is required; coverage is provided when the covered credit card is used to pay for the full airfare or more than 80% of the tour expenses.

Q45 返回中華民國境內時發現行李延誤,是不是能獲得賠償? | Can I receive compensation if my luggage is delayed upon returning to Taiwan?
行李延誤費用承保範圍是被保險人於保險期間進行海外旅行,故被保險人於返回中華民國境內時之行李延誤,依條款約定,無法獲得賠償。
Baggage delay coverage only applies during overseas travel periods, therefore delays occurring upon return to Taiwan are not eligible for compensation according to policy terms.

基本地震保險是以房屋所有權人為被保險人,所以房東(房屋所有權人)才能執行保單權利申請理賠,房客無法通報出險申請理賠。

Q48 使用信用卡刷團費,是否即享有大眾運輸工具旅行平安險?遊覽車涵蓋在內嗎? | Does paying for tour fees with a credit card automatically provide public transportation travel insurance? Are tour buses included?
1.只要確認以承保信用卡支付全額機票或八成以上團費,此團費涵蓋所搭乘大眾運輸工具,於搭乘期間屬信用卡保險承保範圍。
2.遊覽車以及屬於觀光用途之交通工具非信用卡保險所認定之大眾交通運輸工具。
1. Coverage is provided when the covered credit card is used to pay for full airfare or more than 80% of the tour fees, which include public transportation during the journey.
2. Tour buses and tourist-purpose transportation vehicles are not considered public transportation under credit card insurance coverage.
