Q46 返回中華民國境內時發現行李延誤,是不是能獲得賠償? | Can I receive compensation if my luggage is delayed upon returning to Taiwan?
行李延誤費用承保範圍是被保險人於保險期間進行海外旅行,故被保險人於返回中華民國境內時之行李延誤,依條款約定,無法獲得賠償。
Baggage delay coverage only applies during overseas travel periods, therefore delays occurring upon return to Taiwan are not eligible for compensation according to policy terms.
