  • Q217 如果貨物投保的是全險，是否代表貨物發生的所有損害，保險公司都會理賠?

    運輸保險中所謂的「全險」，一般是對協會貨物(A)條款的簡稱，該條款並非承保「所有」損失，而是「概括式」的將大部分損失狀況納入承保範圍。至於某些特定損失，則是以「除外條款」或「不保條款」的方式排除在承保範圍之外，因此並非完全承保所有損失。詳細之除外與不保事項，請參閱明台保單條款之內容。

     

  • Q218 在桃園機場發生班機延誤是否在承保範圍?

    只要居住地與機場所在地不同縣市，即屬信用卡提供給卡友的旅遊不便險承保範圍。

  • Q220 萬一發生事故，讓受益人與被保險人同時死亡時，保險公司會如何理賠？ | How does the insurance company handle claims if the beneficiary and the insured person die simultaneously in an accident?

    當發生意外事故，造成受益人同時或先於被保險人本人死亡，除了已經另行指定受益人外，保險公司將以被保險人的法定繼承人為受益人賠付。

     

    In case of an accident where the beneficiary dies simultaneously with or before the insured person, unless another beneficiary has been designated, the insurance company will pay the claim to the insured person's legal heirs.

  • Q221 火災事故的現場應如何處理?

    火災保險事故發生後，對損失的現場應予保留，以利消防單位鑑定起火原因，並應通知保險公司前來處理相關理賠事宜。

     

  • Q222 在日本發生班機取消，額外購買其他航空公司機票的費用是否在承保範圍?

    信用卡提供的旅遊不便險可填補持卡人合理且必要的餐飲、住宿、日常生活用品的費用，但不包含購買替代交通工具的費用。

  • Q224 銀行貸款已清償，辦理退費須檢附哪些資料?退費時間從什麼時候開始計算? | For loan repayment, what documents are needed for premium refund? When does the refund period start?

    一、辦理火險退保： 請先連結本公司服務網址，參考應備文件一覽表；如需辦理變更作業，可逕行下載批改申請書並檢附應備文件後，至本公司各服務據點辦理或洽原服務人員辦理。

    二、要保人終止契約者，自申請文件書面送達本公司當日午夜十二時起本保險契約效力終止。

    2. Policy termination takes effect at midnight on the date when written application is received by the company.
