1.信用卡提供給持卡人的保險福利是因班機延誤或取消，持卡人若居住所在地與機場所在縣市不同，交通往返間緊急且必要的費用支出補償。

2.若出發前已知班機延誤/取消或無交通往返必要者，則不在可補償範圍。

1. 要、被保險人的故意行為。

2. 被保險人的「犯罪行為」。

3. 被保險人飲酒後駕（騎）車，其吐氣或血液所含酒精成份超過道路交通法令規定標準者。

4. 戰爭（不論宣戰與否）、內亂及其他類似的武裝變亂。但契約另有約定者不在此限。

5. 因原子或核子能裝置所引起的爆炸、灼熱、輻射或污染。但契約另有約定者不在此限。

6. 被保險人從事角力、摔跤、柔道、空手道、跆拳道、馬術、拳擊、特技表演等競賽或表演，契約另有約定者除外。

7. 被保險人從事汽車、機車及自由車等競賽或表演，契約另有約定者除外。

1. Intentional acts by the policyholder or insured.
2. Criminal acts by the insured.
3. Driving under the influence where breath or blood alcohol content exceeds legal limits.
4. War (declared or undeclared), civil unrest, and similar armed conflicts, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
5. Explosion, heat, radiation, or contamination from atomic or nuclear devices, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
6. Participation in wrestling, judo, karate, taekwondo, equestrian, boxing, stunts, or similar competitions/performances, unless otherwise specified.
7. Participation in car, motorcycle, or bicycle racing or performances, unless otherwise specified.

無人機綜合保險之機體險包含失竊及超過14天的失蹤。

公共意外責任保險承保被保險人因下列意外事故所致第三人體傷、死亡或第三人財物損害，依法應負賠償責任，而受賠償請求時，由保險公司負賠償之責：
一、被保險人或其受僱人因經營業務之行為在本保險單載明之營業處所內發生之意外事故。
二、被保險人營業處所之建築物、通道、機器或其他工作物所發生之意外事故。

A.同一汽車仍由本公司另簽一年期保險契約。

B.更換汽車，新車有銜接投保（無論是否仍向本公司投保）。

C.被保險汽車牌照因繳銷、吊銷、註銷、報廢或停駛而繳存等法定原因自牌照異動日起退保。

3.退費以匯款(須另提供存摺封面影本)或支票等領款方式辦理。

2. The cancellation effective date is typically the date we receive the cancellation application. Refunds are calculated using the short-term rate table on a monthly basis, except in these cases where daily pro-rata calculations apply:
A. Same vehicle is insured with our company under a new one-year policy.
B. Vehicle replacement with continuous coverage (regardless of insurer).
C. Policy cancellation due to legal reasons such as license plate cancellation, revocation, deregistration, scrapping, or suspension.
3. Refunds are processed via bank transfer (bank passbook copy required) or check.
