無人機綜合保險機體險保額主要是以無人機市場價值作考量並由保險人評估後同意承保。

如為傷害醫療保險金、失能保險金，其給付對象為被保險人本人。

如為身故保險金，則其給付對象為保單約定之受益人。

駕照遭吊扣，視同無照駕駛，保險公司可以拒絕理賠。

但如所投保險種為強制險，基於強制險保險契約之約定，保險公司會接受理賠申請，並於賠付受害者後，再向無照駕駛人追償。

Operation steps: Click link > Login > Select (Download Electronic Compulsory Auto Insurance Certificate) > Enter insured's ID/Business Number/ARC > Enter license plate/policy number/VIN > Enter verification code > Click Search > Select download (Certificate/Receipt) > Password is insured's ID/Business Number/ARC.

若車禍事故涉及其他車輛，因需等待警方的肇事責任判定，通常需要兩周至一個月。如事故涉及人員傷亡，則有醫療療程、復健與和解等程序，處理時間通常會延展至數個月甚至一年以上。

For accidents involving other vehicles, resolution typically takes two weeks to one month due to police liability determination. If injuries or fatalities are involved, including medical treatment, rehabilitation, and settlement processes, it may extend to several months or over a year.
