Q137 詢問以信用卡消費日本JR鐵路是否屬承保範圍？如刷卡兩人票價是否兩人皆有承保？ | Does credit card insurance's coverage apply to purchases on Japan's JR Railway? If two tickets are bought, are both passengers covered?
1.本公司與信用卡合作之旅平險承保範圍為公共運輸交通工具，因此JR鐵路是屬於該範疇，搭乘期間意外體傷以及死亡是為承保之範圍。
2.承保對象除持卡人以外需視身分而定，本保險承保持卡人本人及配偶及未滿25歲之未婚子女，如為朋友或者父母兄弟姐妹等親屬則不在此範疇內。
1. Our travel insurance provided by credit card covers public transportation, including JR Railway. Coverage includes accidental injury and death during travel.
2. Coverage extends to the cardholder, spouse, and unmarried children under 25 years old. Friends, parents, siblings, and other relatives are not covered. -
Q138 若是機車或汽車強制險保險已過期，逾期投保可將生效日回溯嗎？ | If compulsory auto/motorcycle insurance has expired, can the effective date be backdated for late renewal?
若是您的機車或汽車強制保險續保已經過期，逾期投保時，僅能以投保當日做為生效日，不可回溯。
If your compulsory auto/motorcycle insurance renewal has expired, the new policy can only be effective from the current date of application, backdating is not allowed.

Q140 參加旅行團時，搭乘鐵路火車是否在信用卡所提供的旅行平安保險承保範圍? | When joining a tour group, is train travel covered under the travel insurance provided by the credit card?
只要確認以承保信用卡支付八成以上團費，即享有搭乘公共運輸工具期間的平安保險。
As long as 80% or more of the tour fee is paid with the insured credit card, travel accident insurance coverage applies during public transportation use.

Q143 我可以只保「三個月」或「半年」的強制險嗎？ | Can I purchase compulsory insurance for only "three months" or "half a year"?
汽車：保險期間為一年，如汽車領用「臨時牌照」、「試車牌照」或動力機械領用「臨時通行證」者，可以選擇投保一年期或配合該牌照或通行證之有效期間，投保低於一年期之保險。
機車：為一至二年，由車主自行選擇。
Automobiles: Insurance period is one year, except for vehicles with temporary licenses, test plates, or temporary permits for power machinery, which can be insured for less than a year matching the validity period.
Motorcycles: One to two years, as chosen by the owner.

Q144 詢問郵輪是否在信用卡所提供的旅行平安保險承保範圍？ | Is Cruises covered under the travel insurance provided by the credit card?
信用卡提供給卡友的福利是搭乘公共運輸工具期間旅行平安保險，郵輪並不是保單定義的公共運輸工具，因此搭乘郵輪期間發生的意外事故，並不是信用卡提供的信用卡公共運輸工具期間旅行平安保險承保範圍。
Travel insurance provided by credit card covers accidents during public transportation travel. Cruises is not defined as public transportation under the policy, therefore accidents occurring during Cruises travel are not covered unde public transportation travel insurance provided by credit card.
