    僱主意外責任保險為承保受僱人因意外事故遭受體傷或死亡時，對受僱人之賠償責任，公司負責人並非受僱人，因此無法獲得保險公司的理賠。但若事故人員為工程承包商負責人，且於意外事故發生時為獨立從事勞動並實際執行承保工作而受被保險人管理者，則屬理賠範圍。

    信用卡配合保險之保障對象為持卡人本人、配偶以及未滿25歲之未婚子女；身分符合上述並以本卡支付全額之機票仍適用承保範圍。
