    如您未收到要保書，可以e-mail至網路投保服務信箱ec@msig-mingtai.com.tw進行補發或來電網路投保客服中心0800-069-889(服務時間為周一至周五 上午 8:30 ~ 下午 5:30 國定例假日除外)。

     

    Email ec@msig-mingtai.com.tw for a reissue or call 0800-069-889 (Service hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM, excluding national holidays).

    請至明台產險學校公共意外險校園網站右上角「忘記密碼」功能，輸入帳號(學校代號)及電子信箱，系統會發送新密碼至電子信箱，請重新登入後再修改密碼。

     

    Use the "Forgot Password" function on the website. Enter your school code and email to receive a new password, then log in and update it.

    第一次登入預設之帳號和密碼皆為學校代號(英文字母為大寫)，登入後須修改密碼。

     

    For initial login, both the username and password are the school code (uppercase). You must change the password after logging in.
