基本地震保險是以房屋所有權人為被保險人，所以房東(房屋所有權人)才能執行保單權利申請理賠，房客無法通報出險申請理賠。

1.只要確認以承保信用卡支付全額機票或八成以上團費，此團費涵蓋所搭乘大眾運輸工具，於搭乘期間屬信用卡保險承保範圍。

2.遊覽車以及屬於觀光用途之交通工具非信用卡保險所認定之大眾交通運輸工具。

1. Coverage is provided when the covered credit card is used to pay for full airfare or more than 80% of the tour fees, which include public transportation during the journey.
2. Tour buses and tourist-purpose transportation vehicles are not considered public transportation under credit card insurance coverage.

如狗狗雙方打架造成對方狗狗受傷，符合造成第三人財物損害定義，若對方求償即可申請理賠。

If fighting between dogs results in injury to another dog, it meets the definition of third-party property damage and can be claimed if compensation is sought.

信用卡旅遊不便保險適用於國內線班機，因此搭乘國內線班機時發生的隨行交運行李之行李延誤/遺失或班機延誤可以獲得實支實付之理賠，但不包括自本國居住地出發之行程。相關理賠內容可參考前項「如何申請信用卡保險班機延誤費用之給付」以及「如何申請信用卡保險行李延誤/遺失費用之給付」。

相關文件齊全、理賠金額確認、理賠手續完備之狀況下，保險公司應於十五天內完成賠付。

信用卡提供給卡友公共運輸工具期間旅行平安保險，只要是保單定義的公共運輸工具：當地政府登記許可，行駛於固定航、路線之商用客機或水、陸上公共交通工具，但非做為觀光或特殊性質之使用者皆符合承保範圍。

Travel insurance provided by credit card covers public transportation defined in the policy as: commercially operated aircraft or water/land public transportation registered and permitted by local government, operating on fixed routes, excluding tourist or special-purpose usage.

稱共同海損者，謂在船舶航程期間，為求共同危險中全體財產之安全所為故意及合理處分，而直接造成之犧牲及發生之費用。
