  • Q57 什麼是「網路投保」? 什麼是「傳真要保」? | What are "Online Insurance" and "Fax Insurance"?

    「網路投保」主要是提供被保險人和要保人為同一人進行線上投保的作業。
    如果被保險人和要保人不同或是法人公司車，線上投保請選擇「傳真要保」。

     

    "Online Insurance" is for cases where the applicant and insured are the same person.
    For different parties or corporate vehicles, please select "Fax Insurance."

  • Q58 我有網路投保車險，要保書需在幾日內回傳完成呢? | How many days do I have to return the signed application form?

    請務必於2日內回傳已簽名之要保書，以完成投保程序。未於指定時間前回傳者，將取消交易，保單不成立。

     

    The signed application must be returned within 2 days to complete the process. Failure to do so will result in transaction cancellation and an invalid policy.

  • Q59 投保時資料填錯該怎麼處理? | What should I do if I entered incorrect information during application?

    如您在網路投保時有資料填錯，可以e-mail至網路投保服務信箱ec@msig-mingtai.com.tw告知或來電網路投保客服中心0800-069-889(服務時間為周一至周五 上午 8:30 ~ 下午 5:30 國定例假日除外)。

     

    mail ec@msig-mingtai.com.tw or call 0800-069-889 (Service hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM, excluding national holidays).

  • Q60 租車險不只一位駕駛要怎麼保呢? | How do I insure more than one driver for Car Rental Insurance?

    租車險一張保單只能保障一位駕駛人(被保險人)，若您租/借車期間會更換駕駛人，不同駕駛人必須各自投保喔~

    Each policy covers only one driver (the insured). If there are multiple drivers, each person must apply for their own policy.

  • Q61 我有網路投保車險，但是沒有收到要保書該怎麼辦? | What if I didn't receive the application form after applying online?

    如您未收到要保書，可以e-mail至網路投保服務信箱ec@msig-mingtai.com.tw進行補發或來電網路投保客服中心0800-069-889(服務時間為周一至周五 上午 8:30 ~ 下午 5:30 國定例假日除外)。

  • Q64 忘記校園公共意外險的帳號密碼該怎麼辦? | What should I do if I forget the account password for the School Public Accident Insurance campus website?

    請至明台產險學校公共意外險校園網站右上角「忘記密碼」功能，輸入帳號(學校代號)及電子信箱，系統會發送新密碼至電子信箱，請重新登入後再修改密碼。

     

    Use the "Forgot Password" function on the website. Enter your school code and email to receive a new password, then log in and update it.
