  • Q57 我有網路投保也收到要保書了，請問要保書開啟的密碼是什麼? | What is the password to open the application form received after online application?

    為維護您個資設定開啟密碼為要保人身分證字號或居留證號，請留意英文字母為大寫。

     

    For data security, the password is the applicant's ID or Resident Certificate number (uppercase letters).

  • Q58 什麼是「網路投保」? 什麼是「傳真要保」? | What are "Online Insurance" and "Fax Insurance"?

    「網路投保」主要是提供被保險人和要保人為同一人進行線上投保的作業。
    如果被保險人和要保人不同或是法人公司車，線上投保請選擇「傳真要保」。

     

    "Online Insurance" is for cases where the applicant and insured are the same person.
    For different parties or corporate vehicles, please select "Fax Insurance."

  • Q59 我有網路投保車險，要保書需在幾日內回傳完成呢? | How many days do I have to return the signed application form?

    請務必於2日內回傳已簽名之要保書，以完成投保程序。未於指定時間前回傳者，將取消交易，保單不成立。

     

    The signed application must be returned within 2 days to complete the process. Failure to do so will result in transaction cancellation and an invalid policy.

    如您在網路投保時有資料填錯，可以e-mail至網路投保服務信箱ec@msig-mingtai.com.tw告知或來電網路投保客服中心0800-069-889(服務時間為周一至周五 上午 8:30 ~ 下午 5:30 國定例假日除外)。

  • Q61 租車險不只一位駕駛要怎麼保呢? | How do I insure more than one driver for Car Rental Insurance?

    租車險一張保單只能保障一位駕駛人(被保險人)，若您租/借車期間會更換駕駛人，不同駕駛人必須各自投保喔~

    Each policy covers only one driver (the insured). If there are multiple drivers, each person must apply for their own policy.

    如您未收到要保書，可以e-mail至網路投保服務信箱ec@msig-mingtai.com.tw進行補發或來電網路投保客服中心0800-069-889(服務時間為周一至周五 上午 8:30 ~ 下午 5:30 國定例假日除外)。
