    旅平租車險延長保期需於保險到期前通知保險公司辦理，可e-mail至網路投保服務信箱ec@msig-mingtai.com.tw申請相關作業或來電網路投保客服中心0800-069-889(服務時間為周一至周五 上午 8:30 ~ 下午 5:30 國定例假日除外)。

    Extensions must be requested before the policy expires. Email ec@msig-mingtai.com.tw or call 0800-069-889 (Service hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM, excluding national holidays).

  • Q26 我有網路投保車險，但是沒有收到要保書該怎麼辦? | What if I didn't receive the application form after applying online?

    如您未收到要保書，可以e-mail至網路投保服務信箱ec@msig-mingtai.com.tw進行補發或來電網路投保客服中心0800-069-889(服務時間為周一至周五 上午 8:30 ~ 下午 5:30 國定例假日除外)。

  • Q29 忘記校園公共意外險的帳號密碼該怎麼辦? | What should I do if I forget the account password for the School Public Accident Insurance campus website?

    請至明台產險學校公共意外險校園網站右上角「忘記密碼」功能，輸入帳號(學校代號)及電子信箱，系統會發送新密碼至電子信箱，請重新登入後再修改密碼。

     

    Use the "Forgot Password" function on the website. Enter your school code and email to receive a new password, then log in and update it.

  • Q30 校園公共意外險的帳號密碼是什麼? | What is the account and password for the School Public Accident Insurance campus website?

    第一次登入預設之帳號和密碼皆為學校代號(英文字母為大寫)，登入後須修改密碼。

     

    For initial login, both the username and password are the school code (uppercase). You must change the password after logging in.

    住宅火災保險續保方式：
    1.可上網自行投保，點我至投保頁面。
    2.聯絡前期保單服務的業務員。

    4.若為銀行貸款件，請洽本公司各處服務據點查詢服務人員協助辦理。

     

    Renewal methods:
    1. Online application via our website.

    4. For bank loan cases, please contact service personnel at our company's service branch for assistance.
