  • Q55 任意汽車第三人責任險-財損賠付範圍包含哪些項目? | What items are covered under the Voluntary Third-Party Liability Insurance for property damage?

    被保險人因所有、使用或管理被保險汽車發生意外事故，致第三人財物受有損害，依法應負賠償責任而受賠償請求時，在保險金額內保險公司對被保險人負賠償之責。

     

    When the insured is legally liable for compensation due to property damage to a third party caused by an accident involving the ownership, use, or management of the insured vehicle, the insurance company shall be liable for compensation to the insured within the insurance amount.

  • Q56 哪些車輛需投保汽(機)車強制險？ | Which vehicles require compulsory auto/motorcycle insurance?

    應投保強制汽車責任保險(以下稱強制車險)之汽車種類如下：

    1.公路法第2條第10款規定之汽車。但國軍編制內軍用車輛管理及處罰辦法第2條規定之軍用車輛於作戰期間，不在此限。

    2.依據道路交通安全規則第83條規定向公路監理機關申請核發臨時通行證之動力機械。

    3.汽車牌照報廢、繳還、繳存、繳銷、吊銷或註銷後仍行駛之汽車。

    4.強制汽車責任保險法第5條之1施行後第1項及第2項所定之微型電動二輪車。

     

    Vehicles requiring compulsory insurance include:
    1. Vehicles defined in Article 2-10 of the Highway Act (excluding military vehicles during combat operations).
    2. Power machinery requiring temporary permits under Article 83 of Road Traffic Safety Rules.
    3. Vehicles still in operation after license plate retirement, return, deposit, cancellation, revocation, or withdrawal.
    4. Micro electric two-wheelers as defined in Article 5-1 of the Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance Act.
