    2.被保險汽車因水箱缺水或汽油用罄，其送油或送水所需必要之服務費用；但購買汽油所需費用由被保險人負擔。

    3.被保險汽車因輪胎破損無法行駛，其委由他人更換備胎所需必要之服務費用；但備胎需由被保險人提供。

    4.被保險汽車因電瓶電??夠無法啟動車輛，其委由他人提供接電服務所需必要之服務費用。

  • Q117 何謂不足額投保，不足額投保時，保險公司如何理賠?

    保險契約中之保險金額與保險標的物的價值一致者，稱為「足額保險」，反之，保險金額低於保險標的物價值者，則為不足額保險。理論上，財產保險之保險金額，應與保險價額一致，但保險金額低於或高於保險價額之情形時常發生。

    當保險事故發生時，若為足額保險，則保險人依實際損失程度全部給予補償。但當事故發生時，若為不足額保險，保險公司則會依保險金額佔保險標的物價值之比例，依其比例賠付損失金額。
