．Sustainability Committee
To ensure the effective implementation of the philosophy and sustainability strategy of MS&AD Group, MSIG Mingtai established the Sustainability Committee on June 30, 2021. This committee integrates the three pillars of Environmental (E), Social (S), and Governance (G) directly into the business operations of company. To further clarify the responsibilities of departments, the committee set several sustainability implementation teams for concrete actions such as goal setting, policy setting and project planning.
| The Sustainability Committee reports directly to the Board of Directors and is chaired by the President. Under its structure, seven implementation teams “Green Investment”, “Green Operations”, “Green Products”, “Climate Change”, “Social Sustainability”, “Staff Happiness” and “Corporate Sustainability” have been established. Each implementation team responsible for promoting specific sustainability issues and regularly report the progress and achievement status of “Sustainable finance development indicators of Mingtai”. |
