．Sustainability Committee
On June 30, 2021, MSIG Mingtai established the Sustainability Committee, which directly incorporates the three major aspects of environmental protection (E), social responsibility (S) and corporate governance (G) into the company’s operational activities. The Sustainability Committee has set up a number of “Sustainability Implementation Teams” under the Sustainability Committee to facilitate the setting of goals, the development of rules and regulations, and project planning.
The Sustainability Committee is under the Board of Directors and is chaired by the General Manager. It has set up eight executive groups, namely “Green Investment”, “Green Operations”, “Green Insurance”, “Green Underwriting”, “Climate Change”, “Social Sustainability”, “Employee Happiness” and “Corporate Sustainability”, to promote the sustainability issues related to each of them.
