外來人口換發「新式統一證號」資料變更事宜
親愛的保戶 您好
內政部為建立外來人口友善環境，已於2021年1月2日起實施新式外來人口統一證號專案，將原有「2碼英文+8碼數字」外來人口統一證號格式，調整為「1碼英文+9碼數字」之新式證號格式。
內政部移民署全球資訊網已建置「新式外來人口統一證號專區」，相關資訊可於該專區查閱，如有保險諮詢以外之相關問題，請您撥打移民署各服務站電話、「1996內政服務熱線」及「外來人士在臺生活諮詢服務熱線(0800-024-111)」
若您已換發新式統一證號者，提醒您下列事項：
Foreign Nationals Applying to Update the “New UI No.”
Dear customers,
In order to establish a friendly environment for foreign nationals, the Ministry of the Interior National Immigration Agency has implemented the policy of the new UI No. for foreign nationals since January 2, 2021, which changes the original UI No. from the original format consisting of two English letters followed by eight numbers to a new format consisting of one English letter followed by nine numbers.
The Ministry of the Interior National Immigration Agency website has built “New UI No. Format for ForeignNationals“ section for your convenience to search for relevant information. If you have any questions other than financial services, please call National Immigration Agency, 1996 Ministry of the Interior hotline, or Foreigners In Taiwan Hotline(0800-024-111).
If you have already been issued a new UI Number, you are reminded of the following：

- 請您本人攜帶換發之「最新身分證件(居留證)」正本和護照正本，親臨本公司各服務據點辦理變更統一證號作業事宜。
- 您也可以連絡您的服務人員，並提供親簽之批改申請書以及最新身分證件(居留證)」正反面影本，由服務人員代為申請。
- 請撥打客服專線 0800-528-528。周一至周五８:30-17:30(例假日除外)，我們將竭誠為您服務，感謝您的配合與支持。

- Please bring the original copy of your “latest identity certificate (Residence Permit)”and passport to branch to change your UI Number.
- You can also contact your salesperson and provide the correction application from which has with your personal signature, as well as a photocopy of the front and back of the “latest identity certificate (Residence Permit)”.
